Iyad Ahmad-Reda
Business Management & Strategy
Iyad leads the overall business strategy for IEM, including market analysis and financial management. He handles initial client outreach and negotiations with schools and leagues. He manages the business financials including budgeting and bookkeeping.
Evan Pinsker
Lead Video & Photography Production Manager
Evan manages video production and photography and coordinates IEM’s planning, filming, and editing processes. He ensures that content is aligned with IEM’s overall strategies, including all social media content. He also coordinates with hired photographers and videographers to ensure high-quality content.
Micah Barnhart
Social Media Manager & Client Relations
Micah develops and executes social media strategies to promote IEM’s projects and services. He manages client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for ongoing projects. He also ensures that all content is optimized for social media platforms.
